Wrongful Termination

Wrongful Termination is the legal term for what many what call "wrongfully fired".  Being terminated creates a tremendous amount of stress on the "former" employee and his family and emotions often run high. In this situation, it is key to first and foremost analyze the situation and assess whether there indeed exists a case of "wrongful termination" or whether this was just a bad act on the employer end with little or no legal implication.  In cases where employees have already signed severance agreements that seem to preclude any potential action against the employer, it needs to quickly be assessed what if any implication this may have on a potential case.
